Is the site fully covered & protected from the elements?
Please keep in mind that although the majority of our tables are covered from the elements, English weather can be unpredictable, and we recommend all guests dress accordingly. If you wish to rearrange your booking due to cold or wet weather, then please contact our team who will be happy to find a new date and time for you.
The sun is shining, can I bask in it?
Part of our roof is retractable so on glorious days you will be able to enjoy the summer breeze. Our roof is clear, so gives the feeling of being outside come rain or shine.
How many bars are there?
We have a 10 metre long bar in the venue
Are there any restaurants onsite?
Using the UK’s first mobile ordering platform we’ll be working closely with Brixton Village to support the close community of food traders and businesses already working in the thriving market area, by bringing food direct from the market to your table at Lost via TABLESNAPPR app.

Does all my party need to arrive at the booking time?
We ask that all of your party arrives within 20-minutes of your allocated reservation time. We will do our best to seat late comers but cannot guarantee entry.
Someone in my party will arrive after the 30-minute window, is this ok?
If you have one or two people who might be a little later, please speak to the hosts on arrival & they will do their best to accommodate them.
We are running late for our booking! What shall we do?
Don’t worry we hold all tables for 20 minutes
Are you wheelchair accessible?
Yes, we are fully accessible for wheelchair users, including toilet facilities. If you require any special assistance, please do let us know in advance.
Can I bring my baby/child with me?
Yes, we welcome children with open arms, we just ask that you make sure they are being supervised by an adult at all times. Please note that after 5pm Friday & Saturday, we kindly ask that we have no under 18’s on site – this is purely for their safety as these nights are busy.
Do you have high chairs?
Yes, we do have highchairs available. You can either request this when booking or ask the host on arrival.
Can I bring a pushchair/buggy with me?
Yes, please let us know in advance & we will arrange for you to have a table with a little more space around it.
Can I bring my own food with me?
We do not allow any food other than those purchased through TableSnappr to be consumed onsite. Any food found on your person will be held at the main entrance.
Can I bring my own drinks with me?
We do not allow any drinks other than those purchased at the bar to be consumed onsite. Any drinks found on your person will be held at the main entrance.
Can I bring a birthday cake with me?
Yes, please do let us know in advance, also please note we wont always be able to store these for you.
We are celebrating an occasion; can we decorate our table?
Yes! Balloons & banners most welcome we just ask that these don’t interfere with any other tables or guests in the venue. We don’t allow confetti or sparklers.
Can I bring my dog with me?
Small well-behaved dogs on leads are welcome anytime during the day. On busier nights ie Thursday through Saturday and peak trade dates we don’t allow dogs after 5pm. This is purely for their safety as these are very busy nights and we’d hate for little paws to be accidentally stepped on. Please contact our team if you have any questions about bringing your doggo with you.
Can I pre-order drinks?
Yes, one of our team will be in touch after you make a reservation to discuss.
Can I run a tab?
Yes, you can run a tab, but this needs to be pre-arranged with the reservations team. We do have some packages available which will be sent to you prior to your reservation .
Do you have a dress code?
We operate a relaxed dress code but please be aware that sportswear, tracksuits and flip flops / sliders will not be permitted.
There are only two of us, do we need to book?
On busier nights we only take reservations for a minimum of 6 people however we do keep spaces back for smaller parties on a walk in basis, please pop down and see us and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Can we hire the venue exclusively?

Do you have a cloakroom?
Unfortunately, not, sorry!
I have a suitcase/bike/kitchen sink with me, do you have somewhere I can store this?
Unfortunately, we do not have any space to store large items – Sorry!

Can I smoke on site?
We have a designated smoking area which our security team will point you in the direction to.
Do you accept cash?
We are a cashless venue.
Do you accept AMEX?
Yes, we accept all cards, including AMEX.
Do you play music?
Yes we will be playing atmospheric background music, see our What’s On page on the website for special dates and acts.
Can we dance?
We don’t have a designated dancefloor, but we encourage dancing round your table – just please don’t dance on them!
Is there somewhere I can park?
We do not have a car park however, there are parking spaces on residential roads nearby; these are few are far between.

Where do I ask my taxi to drop/pick me up?
There are several entrances to Brixton Village. There are three entrances to Brixton Village; one on Popes Road, one on Atlantic Road and another on Coldharbour Lane
What happens when I arrive?
Please enter the main entrance to Brixton Village on Cold Harbour Lane and then follow the signs to Lost in Brixton. A member of the reservations team will great you on arrival, they will direct you to your table & be on hand to help you with any requirements.
Do you have table service?
Our bar is self-service. If you need any help with a large order, our team on site will help where possible.
What time do you close?
Please see our current opening times on the website.
*The bars close 30 minutes before the venue closes.
Glass and Straw policy?
We are unable to serve drinks in glass due to licencing restrictions. All of our glassware is made from polycarbonate which is fully recyclable and made from a natural resource. We also have bio-degradable straws which are only handed to customers on demand.
Right to refuse entry
We reserve the right to request identification from you and your guests and to refuse entry. If you are lucky enough to look under 25 you will be asked to prove that you are aged 18 or over when you buy alcohol. If you are under 18 you are committing an offence if you attempt to buy alcohol for you or someone else.
Any person found either possessing, using or distributing any type of drug will be banned from these premises and may be reported to the authorities.
Lost in Brixton reserves the right to refuse entry at all times.
